production capacity.
Unlike all other spring contact probe manufacturers, Leeno does not outsource any aspect
of the manufacturing process. Rather, Leeno does everything in-house from design,
parts fabrication, spring manufacture, heat treatment, plating, assembly, inspection
and full characterization test, which makes it possible that exceptional quality control
throughout the process, fast turnaround with full test reports and fast response to the
customer requests are insured. All research, engineering, manufacturing and tests are
performed at the-state-of-the-art facility in Busan, Korea under stringent quality
control procedure, which was certified by DAS for ISO 9001 in 2004 and ISO 14001 in 2006.
Leeno is committed to on-going research and development with new products such as super
fine pitch probe with barrel diameter of 0.080mm (0.003"), the shortest signal path spring probe
with OAL of 1.00mm (0.039"), extra long life span probes with super stable contact resistance,
WLP probe cards, probes for SAC305/105 solder ball applications. Leeno's exceptional efforts were
rewarded with a "Technology Innovative Small and Medium Enterprise" nomination by the Korean
Government in 2007.
Qualmax and Leeno had executed an exclusive distributor agreement for both North
and South America first in 2002, and since then, both parties have developed and
enjoyed a close partnership in marketing and sales of all Leeno products.In 2009,
this relationship has furthered evolved so that Qualmax is now in charge of application
and design engineering for all test socket inquiries in North and South America. The complimentary relationship of Qualmax and Leeno, coupled with Qualmax' design engineering and Leeno's 100% inspected product manufacturing all add up to the highest possible yield for your test products.
