Qualmax now exclusively offers Leeno's BK Series patenetd elastomeric socket in the North
and South American Market. Leeno's unitque technology combines the traditional spring
probe concept with the new elastomer technology to get the best electrical and mechanical
contacts inside the test socket. It is now available for down to 0.5mm pitch devices. Life span is
upto 200K douch downs without yield drop.
